The HACO Innovation Lab (H!L) is a team of food engineers and marketeers who work independently from the daily business of the HACO Group. The team works on new supply forms, technologies, supply chain solutions and marketing strategies.
HACO INNOVATION LAB (H!L)
The HACO Innovation Lab ensures that the HACO Group is always at the leading edge of developments in eating habits and food/tech trends and derives ideas for new business areas and contemporary culinary solutions for them.

The H!L deals with the questions: Which food trends are on the rise? How relevant are they for the gastronomy sector? Are there new production methods in processing or in growing food? How can packaging be made more sustainable? In summary, at H!L we are dealing with the future of food.
